This lady is amazing. She delivered an arrangement on the wrong day, by accident. She called my daughter who lives in Maine to apologize and offered to replace the order on the right day. Not only was the original arrangement beautiful but I received another gorgeous arrangement today. No one complained to her about the error she took it upon herself to call my daughter. Amazing!!! When I need to use a floral service it will always be them.

My daughter recently relocated there after graduating from ECSU. I wanted to send her flowers for her birthday.
I called to see if I could get a turn around time for delivery today since she works at a school I didnt want her to miss it
if it wouldnt be delivered until later this afternoon. They were so helpful.
I was told they would get them over to her once I completed my online order. In a little over an hour I got a text from my daughter, thanking me for the flowers. So I thank you Albemarle Floral
for helping me out today. She loved the entire arrangement!

Sherry was the SWEETEST! She didn't have the gerber flowers for Mothers Day that were meant to be in the bouquet to my sweet bonus mama, but she called me to tell me that and wanted to make sure that was okay, she said she promised to still make a beautiful bouquet and even give me more than my value & boy DID she!!! In today's day and age you don't seem to get the customer service that you are paying for anymore. That is NOT the case with Sheri and Albemarle Floral. She takes the utmost care to make every piece she does special and listens to each and every detail you are looking for. I have not seen close to the amount of creativity and love put into any other arrangements that I gave purchased in either Hampton Roads or NC, that Sheri puts into hers. You will NOT be disappointed!
